岗位职责

1.负责为SPA客人提供专业的美容服务。

Responsible for providing professional beauty services for SPA guests

1. 在服务过程中持续询问宾客以提高舒适性、安全性及隐私性。

Keep asking guests during the service to improve comfort, security and privacy.

2. 使用相关器具（如：热石、孕妇枕等）和产品（如：精油、啫喱和乳液等）为客人提供服务。

Use related appliances (e. g., hot stone, maternity pillow, etc.) and products (e. g., essential oil, gel and emulsion, etc.) to serve guests.

3. 使用身体去角质产品、身体裹肤产品亦或仪器为宾客提供身体护理。

Use body exfoliator, body wrap, or instruments.

4. 在疗程前评估宾客身体状况并询问相关禁忌（如：过敏、高血压和妊娠等）。

Assess the guest condition before the session and ask for contraindications (e. g., allergies, hypertension, pregnancy, etc.).

5.对水疗器具进行清洁、维护和消毒。

Clean, maintain, and disinfect the spa appliances.

6.当客人与理疗师有不恰当行为时，按照标准操作规程处理不适当的客人行为，以正确的方式告知客人并在必要时停止疗程或服务，立即通知主管或经理。

7.全面掌握水疗基本信息如：水疗运营时间、水疗菜单的位置、价格、服务费及税费、接待和送宾服务流程等。
